SafeZone™ Cold- Activated Food Safety Thermometer
Chill ed foods must be stored at 40°F (4.4°C) or lower to inhibit microorganism growth. It is now easier for foodservice professionals to monitor this critical temperature as required by the Food and Drug Administration HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) guidelines.

The SafeZone is a uniquely designed product using liquid crystal technology to provide a highly visible and accurate indication of temperature compliance. Unlike traditional bimetal or digital thermometers, the SafeZone is constantly calibrated, requiring no secondary process to maintain an accurate reading. Ideal for a variety of uses in commercial kitchens and facilities including cold storage, buffets and food preparation.

How it Works
•The indicator is black in the Danger Zone above 40°F.
•Indictor is green and displays "OK" in Safe Zone at 40°F or lower.
